Studio Policies & Reminders

Cancellation Policies

One-Time Classes:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to class are eligible for a refund or rescheduling to a new class.

  • Cancellations made 48-24 hours prior to class are not eligible for a refund, but will receive a credit to reschedule to a new class.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to class will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling to a new class. However, you may transfer your booking to someone else to join in your place.

  • No-shows will be charged the full class fee.

Ongoing Classes (6-Week Class Series):

  • Students are permitted one cancellation per 6-week series.

  • If a week is missed, it can be made up the week after the series ends (technically the 7th week).

  • Keep in mind that it's not ideal for there to be more than one week between classes, as pieces will dry out and studio space is limited.

  • Cancellations should be communicated via email, call, or text.

Private Events (Submit a request form here!)

  • For a private event, we require a 72-hour cancellation notice for a full refund. Private event cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

Tips & Reminders

Be on time!

  • We start demonstrations at the very beginning of class to set you up with the skills and tools you need for an enjoyable experience with us. If you're running late, give us a call!

Parking

  • There are spaces in front of the studio, street parking along McClurkan, and a small parking lot on Trevecca in front of the big green space.

Tips for class

  • We recommend removing any jewelry on your hands and wrists, and if you're taking a wheel class, we suggest clipping back nails for a smoother throwing experience.
